I see some resemblence from both, but I’m leaning more towards parent/baby A.

I think they look more like Parent/Baby A but resemble baby B too.

I think that the girls resemble both parents’ baby photo. They appear to have drawn features from both parents.

When I saw the slide show from earlier I could see similarities from both parents. However, from the photos above I would have to choose parent photo A.
