What a difference a year makes! Last year the girls couldn’t even sit up for their Halloween pictures (we had to prop them up on the sofa). This year they’re toddling all over the place and won’t stay still long enough to get a picture of them together. We met their cousins at the Pumpkin [...] After we had finished dinner tonight, the girls were scampering about and playing, bringing us shoes or toys, and telling us with their eyes whenever they wanted a hug. It was a pretty normal evening. A nice evening. And then something really funny happened. Elizabeth reached up and grabbed one of the remote controls off the [...] We took the girls to Joan’s Farm and Pumpkin Patch yesterday. Now that the girls have passed their first birthday and we’re doing things the second time around, it’s interesting to reflect back and marvel at how much things have changed in the past year.
