Last weekend our family gathered over at Nana & Papa’s house to celebrate birthdays for Auntie Annmarie and Cousin Cortnie. The weather was rather nice, so we spent some time out in the backyard and had fun playing with the kids. They had a great time running around exploring the yard with their cousins.

Also, a few days ago Nana and Papa came over to visit, and Nana arrived bearing gifts for the girls! She got each of them a small bucket and shovel with which to play in the sand down at the park. Carolyn and Elizabeth were fascinated by their new toys and spent at least 20 minutes playing in the sand, just filling the buckets up and then emptying them again. Fun!
